How do I cancel a refund I accidentally requested?

I butt dialed a transaction for nearly $800,000 (a check transaction) and I obviously need to delete it so that my taxes aren't a disaster- does anyone know how to do this?

Hey @Bettyann, hate it when that happens! Sorry about the mistaken payment.

The good news is that since it was a check transaction, it won't affect your taxes. At this time, we aren't able to completely delete or remove payments that have completed. Going forward, your best bet is to refund this payment so that your reporting balances out.
