Customer booking app for Square Appointments?

Hi, I am in the process of switching over from Vagaro which I liked but it was a bit too complicated for some of my older clientele and I also like that it connects right with the Square Uo register app. My question is...with my old setup, my customers had an app they could put in their phone. Is there a square appt app for them that they can get? Otherwise they're digging into old texts to find the link to book. Thanks!

Hi there,

There isn't a customer facing app that your clients can use to book appointments with you unfortunately.

This would be a really cool feature to see!

As of now, your clients can only book through your Online Booking website through Square, or they can contact you and you can book their appointment on your end.

I'll be sure to let our Product Team know about your request for the customer sided app!

Is this something coming in the future? I am considering switching to another platform due to clients requesting an app.

I highly doubt it. They've had several requests and it's a number one request and still nothing.

Is there any recent update on this topic? It would be nice to have an app that our customers can save on their phones and have a login and password to save all of their information for booking, preferences, etc.
