Hello!

Unfortunately pre-tax deductions for benefits such as medical or life insurance are not something that is supported with Square Payroll at this time, but it's definitely a good idea and I can see how that would be valuable.

I'll be sure to let our Product Team for Payroll know about the request.

Currently, Square Payroll does not support Aflac pre-tax benefits. However, if you have post-tax benefits through Aflac, you can enter it as a post-tax deduction.
