You've got a couple different options. You can invite clients to view your booking site, you can share the booking site directly, or you can book one on their behalf. This great video will give you a run-down of the Appointment's Dashboard.

Can clients book an appointment without creating a Square account?

I want to embed the appointment widget on my website, but it looks like customers have to create a Square account to schedule an appointment and prepay.

Is there any way around this? I do not want them to have to walk through so many steps just to schedule and pay.

Hi there, @juniperfa 👋 Thanks for taking the time to add your question here to the Seller Community 📈 We are happy to have you aboard! Hopefully, this space proves as a useful resource as you grow your business using Square!

While your customers are not required to create an actual account to book your services, they are required to enter in relevant contact and personal information to ensure appointment confirmation. I'm going to merge your post with a Similar Thread that might be of some help to clarify the steps your customers will see when booking appointments.

If that doesn't clarify things - feel free to reach back out with any clarifying questions! I want to make sure the process is simple and clear for you!
