When you require a card to book an appointment, we will not charge the customer for the cost of the appointment.&amp;nbsp;Your customer will not be charged unless they cancel outside of your specified cut-off time and you choose to enforce your cancellation policy&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to process a separate payment for the completed appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to Square and I now have clients book appointments with Square Appointments entering their credit card information to hold their spot.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to collect their credit card information again at the time of the appointment?&amp;nbsp; Or is it now saved on file to be processed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can find a downloadable credit card authorization form&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/au/en/townsquare/credit-card-authorization-form-templates" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. You'll find a field for your client's credit card number, and card expiry date. Please keep in mind per PCI Compliance, sellers are not permitted to store a customer’s CVV.&amp;nbsp;We recommend that you&amp;nbsp;verbally confirm&amp;nbsp;their&amp;nbsp;CVV when adding a card on file from the Square Dashboard, or requesting this information&amp;nbsp;when your customer is present and filling out the&amp;nbsp;form in person.&lt;/P&gt;
