    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to contact the bank that issued your card to start the chargeback process. They'll work with Square, not you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I was frauded a service from another Square reader holder and I need to dispute it. Help!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used a mechanic off of Craigslist and we made an agreement. He violated that agreement and I need to dispute the charge on my credit card, but I did not receive an e-mail receipt. I tried calling customer service, but I am unsure what a customer # is and I have no way of reporting this promptly. I am filing fraud paperwork to my bank tomorrow in regards to this matter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
