thread How do I differentiate subscribers from different stores? in Archived Discussions (Read Only)

I have two different online stores and want to keep the customers separate for marketing purposes (the products are very different and I don't want them to cross). When using the subscription form on my sites, the customers in the directory have no tags to differentiate which store they came from.

How do I differentiate customer profiles based on which online site they subscribed through? Or do I have to manually group everyone? I'm sure this is a training error on my part, but I cannot seem to find the right answer.

Hello @meadowpoint -

Welcome to the Seller Community!

If you are trying to make the changes/edit under your Customer Directory Tab, Square does not have a way to assign a customer to one location. The best workaround we can offer is adding notes to each customer’s profile by jotting down what location they are from.

If this is not what you are looking for please let us know.
