Hey @Tom1 — welcome to the seller community!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. To get started with gift cards, log into the Gift Cards tab from your online dashboard. Next, you should be able to click on the blue "Set Up Gift Cards" button.

If you're not seeing the button, I'd recommend running through these browser troubleshooting tips and having a closer look at getting set up with gift cards. If, after that, you're still not able to get it to work, please contact our Support Team. We'll make sure we get this sorted out ASAP.
