create custom staff hours

i'd like to be able to set it up for a staff member to cover for someone on vacation - example:

usually joe is available tuesdays and thursdays. but for one week, he will also work on monday to cover bob's vacation. how can i set that he's available that extra monday?

Just noticed both of your posts @katja!

Custom or weekly schedules aren't currently available with Square Appointments. Once hours are set, they'll apply to your calendar universally until they're updated.

As a workaround, you can set bookable hours around your regularly scheduled hours with a calendar event.

I’d suggest opening Joe’s availability shortly before Bob’s vacation and blocking off that day in the future to ensure that clients can’t book too far in advance.
