Is there a report that shows manual inventory adjustments that have been done?

Actually, I am wondering if there are any reports that can be drawn that show changes to inventory quantities that are done other than through a sales transaction.

@RhondaYoung We don't have a report that tracks inventory changes but I'd love to get a little more information as to how this would be a report that you need? Mind sending over some more information about how you would use this report?

Hello, I'm piggy-backing on this thread as I'm in the need for something like this for loss prevention reasons. I want my employees to have the ability to add items to inventory as we receive shipments. However, having the ability to change inventory might allow someone with bad intentions to simply adjust the inventory count down and take an item home with them.

If there is no report like this, is there a way to view a history of inventory adjustments? Date, employee, adjustment, etc.

@jlotero That use case definitely makes a lot of sense! This is not an available report as of yet, but I'll be sending this over to our Product Team. Hopefully we can get something implemented for this style report in the near future.

Hi Helen,

Is there a report that tracks who made changes to inventory. I want to see who added inventory, who changed counts, etc. Any report to do this?

Hey @jgreco86 - Unfortunately, a report of when and who adjusts inventory isn't available at the moment. In the meantime, I've added your post to a thread on the same topic so that you can stay updated if this becomes available in the future.
