Device refuses to connect

My square store gave me a link code so I could link my device (Samsung Note 4) to my square store....I have the code which is good for 2 days, but I do not see any options within the register app on my phone. I appreciate any help from this board!

Great question! First you will need to log out of your Square Register app on your device then log in using the device code, at the sign-in screen tap Use a Device Code and enter the device code to log in.

You won't be able to use the device code unless you log out first.

You can create a device code from your Square Dashboard online.

This Support Center article has the all the steps you to create a device code.
