Apologies for the confusion! Once you have created your modifier set, you will be able to add them to your items right from your Square Dashboard.

I am having the same problem, but I do not see any option to apply to items. I am on the correct screen.

Hey @WolfandCrow, I got you! It sounds like you might need to select the location first.

To do so: got to your Items tab > select any item > select a location under Inventory > Go. After that, you should see the Apply Set to Items option displayed on your Modifiers tab.
