By utilizing&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5591-employee-management" target="_blank"&gt;Square's Employee Management&lt;/A&gt;, you can limit the access to your Sales Activity in your Register.&amp;nbsp;You can specify employee access to your account with&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/employees/permissions/roles" target="_blank"&gt;permissions tab&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in your online Square Dashboard:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
- Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Create Group&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and customize the group settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
- Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;
