Is it possible to do an exchange if you do not have receipts and customer paid cash

I am trying to figure out if it’s possible to do on exchange (square for retail) if customer does not have a receipt and paid cash. I also use the Square register.

Great Question.

At this time Square does not offer a feature sellers to do an exchange without the receipt. I'll be happy to move this over to a feature request board so that our engineers have visibility of your suggestion. We appreciate you sharing your request.
