how do i look up a customers order if they gave me a transaction number from their Square receipt?

Hey @morrowfamily, thanks for bringing this up.

Sorry for the confusion; right now there isn't a way to look up an order based on the receipt ID. The quickest way to look up a previous sale is by asking your customer to provide the last four digits of the card that was used for the payment, which is also on their receipt. You can then enter that info into your Transactions report and view the payment.
