    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Hi! Recently, we've merged a customer's two profiles. We later learned that the phone number of one of the&amp;nbsp;profiles is the number&amp;nbsp;of another customer, and it's&amp;nbsp;the one transferred after the merge.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;We wonder why wasn't the active number transferred. There's also a notification that the system was able to detect that another customer owns the transferred number. Is there a way to correct this in the system so we won't have the same problem in the future? Thank you.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At this time selecting manually which customer profile stays is a feature request. My best advice is to screenshot or write down the information that you would like to keep and merge after.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
