Can I purchase hardware I need individually rather than as a package?

I would like to purchase the square stand and chip reader and the cash drawer but do not need the printer but I cannot seem to find how to buy these items separately. Is this an option?

You can build your own customized bundle in our Online Shop by clicking on the individual Square Stand to purchase.

You can do so from here: http://squ.re/1qo3c3t

Once you select the Square Stand that you want, you can add accessories on the next screen.

The problem is it only offers the usb cash drawer not the manual for $109. Also is there a stand that has the chip reader already in it rather than a separate chip reader?
