Where do I find the card Authorization form?

I remember seeing a form you could download for authorization of a card on file. I cant seem to find it now? Can someone please send me the link!

To store a card in-app, you don't need the authorization form. Check out this thread.

For Square Invoices, you can save their card to file by following this link. Also, the credit card authorizationn form is here.

Please see these steps below to access the authorization form:

1) Login to your dashboard

2) Go to "Customers"

3) Go to "Settings"

4) Click "Card on fie"

5) Click " Download Form"

What do you do with the Authorization Form once they sign it? Where do you upload it into Square?

At the very bottom in blue, it will say "Fill out this form." I have provided a screenshot below. If you have any further questions let me know, I am happy to help.
