Help with setting up memberships and contracts

We want to set up a monthly membership for our indoor golf facility. I think I've figured out the general way to handle it but running into issues with getting it all working.

Membership will be a monthly charge which gives members a reduced rate on simulator rentals. Have a few questions though:

Best way to set up reoccurring charges for a membership, invoice or new subscription plans?
Can you set up a subscription thru the PoS app or do you have to do it from the dashboard?
How to apply the discount? Thinking just manually add/remove subscribers from a customer group and apply the discount to that group
Is there anyway to do the contracts thru the app instead of emailing it to them?

Our facility is in Portland, OR - Envision Golf, with 10 GolfZon Sims, bar and kitchen, pro shop, PGA pro lessons...

We have an integration with Square that automates discounts and benefits based on the rules that you configure. For example you can create a membership which entitles the member to a discount. Our software handles the subscription billing (via Square payments) and tracks and communicates the membership benefits with Square so that you don't have to do anything manually.
