How can I change my business address?

I want to use the business address for the account instead of my personal address, how do I do that?

I don't see any place on account and settings to change my physical address. I am having trouble with the shipping of the upgraded square-up and SQ does not have an accurate address. I see nowhere to change it on my account.

You can update these details right from your Square Dashboard. Just log in here: https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations.

I am in the Uk and cannot see how to set up for our business in the UK or the bank account 😞

@StevenBird Sorry to hear of the trouble! You'll want to log into the online dashboard to edit your business information and link your bank account.

Thanks @Caty, but here in the UK we only have 6 digit 'routing' codes! I cannot find any information about 9 digit codes.

Hey @StevenBird, something sounds a bit off. You should have the option for 6 digit routing codes. I will have a Support Specialist follow up with you over email, so we can get to the bottom of this.

I am having the same issue. I found instructions on the site to order a Square reader to update my shipping address. I did that. It has arrived and my address is still wrong on my online store. When I print a packing list, it has my old address in the return address block. How do I fix this? It should be simple! It is causing confusing with my customers.

I don't know where to go once I'm in the dashboard. I need to change the Address to where my bank account links to.

Hi @Vanessaiperez77

All bank account details can be changed from the Bank Account tab.

You'll need to click on "Edit Bank Account" before making any changes.

Thank you for all of your replies, however, none of them tell me how to change the actual address. I've found the tabs but nowhere do I see where/how to change the address.

In the banking tab, II can only see where I can change the account I'm linked to.

In the other tabs, I see nowhere to change the business address.

I cannot find it anywhere.

Hi @rfarmer - Are you going to this URL: https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations

If you navigate to that URL and then click on the location you want to edit the address, it should pop up with a form to edit.

Let me know if you still don't see where to edit!
