Yep! While we don't have a way to itemize refunds, you can refund just the amount of the shipping and handling and not the price of the item.

To process a partial refund, follow the steps below:

Visit Transactions in your Square Dashboard.
Select the payment you’d like to refund > click Issue Refund.
Enter the amount you want to refund and the reason for the refund.
Click Refund.

I wish this would list as a partial refund instead of just "refund" when looking at it in the transactions list. I typically charge a flat fee for shipping and then refund any amount that exceeds the actual shipping. All of my transactions list as refunds instead of partial refunds. Kind of annoying and seems like an easy fix for a programmer to make.
