Can we set up charge accounts for staff?

We have a small cafe where our staff eats and wants to charge their items to their paychecks. (every 2 weeks)

How can we enter that? Open tickets won't work as we want to clear the drawer daily.

@sunnysideup - I thought on this for a while, and I'm afraid I couldn't come up with an alternate suggestion. The easiest solution may be a low tech one since outside of using Open tickets, there really isn't a good way to keep track of ongoing charges/tickets. You may have to keep a log in a spreadsheet/ notebook.

If any other sellers have suggestions, feel free to chime in. I'd be curious if anyone else is in the same boat.

Do you use gift cards? They could get a gift card and load it on credit with you that is deducted from the paychecks. We do this and the employees love it, they have thier own personal gift card!
