      <description>&lt;P&gt;That’s a great question! &amp;nbsp;I’m going to say what ever is best for your business. &amp;nbsp;How is you No Show fee set up (meaning is it at 100% or is it a set price)? &amp;nbsp;If you have your no show fee set to 100% of the service I would pay the individual based off what their commission rate is assigned. &amp;nbsp;This way it encourages all teammates to make sure that every client/customer has a card on file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope I helped you a little &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
