Accepted an order through the store this morning, sent receipt - why don't I see a pending deposit?

How long does it take for a pending deposit to be reflected once a customer has paid for an order?

Hi Ginger.

To receive payment for your online orders, you’ll need to manually orders as complete in your Online Square Dashboard before your order preparation time expires.

Once you do this, your funds will be sent with your next scheduled deposit.

**Note: If an order isn’t completed within your set timeframe, it will expire and the buyer will be refunded. You’ll receive an email reminder when an order is close to expiring.

I dont understand... I am having the same issue a customer made over $300 order using square option on my website made by wix and there is no pending transaction... this is so confusing... so for every order using square i have to manually enter it in on the "square dashboard?" thats horrible and how do you even do that?
