&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It looks like the account you used to create your Seller Community account is a "Mobile Staff" account. These types of accounts don't have access to the information you're looking for. You'll need to log in using the main email address tied to your company/organization's Square account.&lt;/P&gt;
