I work as a personal trainer and I have an on-line booking engine for my business. Recently some people have been no-showing early appointments I'm implementing a cancelation policy where they are charged if they cancel less then 24-hrs out.

Is there a way to take the flients credit card number and securily store it to be charged if needed?

Hi @BinBTherapy, yes, you can definitely save your customers' credit cards using Square tools. And Square keeps track of the card info so you don't have to. You have a couple options:

1. Square Register. Details at https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5770-use-card-on-file-with-square-register

2. Square Invoices. Details at https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5797-use-card-on-file-with-square-invoices

We hope that helps and let us know if you have any further questions!
