How to finalize our registration

Hi everyone !
we are new immigrants in Florida,
we buy a Square system for our future store. My husband insert my Canadian SSN at first, thinking it will be easy changing the information when I will receive my SSN USA. But he was wrong, went we change the SSN the system completely blocked. We see a message: we are unable to recognize SSN.

can we do something ? We hope opening our store next week.

The person of the customer service phone, tell us, I don’t know what you can do so maybe your best is to buy an other paiement system !

Welcome to the Community, @Bedifferent -

Since you're opening a Square account in the US, you won't be able to start the account with a Canadian SIN.

A US account has to be started with a US SSN and you can only start an account in the country you reside. This means you can't start a Canadian account while in the US either.
