Pass information through a buy button

I searched but could not find an answer, please direct me if I missed it... Otherwise...

I use both a square and an external site for selling items.

On my external site, I use the Buy Button/Embed option and copy the code into my wordpress site and it works just fine for now.

However, what I would like to do now is expand the Buy Button code to be able to pass some sort of information as to what is being purchased.

Explanation

I have a generic product I use in my square app - let's call it Widget-1.

I can easily produce a button for Widget-1 but I want to be able to go directly to the Check out screen when the button is pressed.

In addition I would like to be able to automatically send text to the "Add a Order note".

If that is not possible, another option would be to go directly to the Check out screen, and have the "Add a Order Note" automatically pop-up.

Are any of these options available today or is it all wishful thinking?
