Capital loans: When will I receive the funds?

When they say the funds have been transferred, what does that mean exactly, if you checked your bank account and it wasn't there yet?

Hi there.

Once your capital funds have been sent to your linked bank account, you should see them as soon as the next business day.

If your funds are sent on Friday evening, you might not see the funds until Monday morning.

Good afternoon , I was approved for capital on Friday. I still haven't received the capital. Should I look for it tomorrow in my account? I normally have it the next business day.

Hi @coley536,

Thanks for reaching out--that definitely sounds odd! There should not have been an issue with transfers.

Two things: Have you included the bank holiday on Monday? If you think you should have received Capital by today given the holiday, I would recommend reaching out to your bank.

I'm having the same problem. My funds were sent on a Monday and when it wasn't showing on my bank account I called them and they have no record of the deposit at all. Is there any reason the funds would be delayed?

@EJ_ I received approval on Thursday evening I thought I would have had funds Friday do you know when I will receive? Do I need to accept? Or sign something?
