What to do with old readers?

I have 3-4 readers and I was

wondering what I do with them? Can I trade in? I hate to throw away!

Great question! You are the first person to ask this on the Seller Community. I'm happy to go over your options:

Keep them as a backup, in case one of your readers stops working.
You can give them to another Square seller - readers are not tied to a particular account they're universal.
You can drop it off at your local Best Buy, Staples, or e-waste recycling center.
Or you can mail it back to us here:

So you can see, you've got quite a few options.
