How do I create an invoice that I will be charging to a credit card (manual input)

I have a customer's credit card info. I need to create the invoice, and then go ahead and manually enter the info to charge it to her card. How???

@LTMHerbert Welcome to the Seller Community! This is kind of a tricky question. 🤔

When using Square Invoices you will always send the customer an email invoice. The customer will enter their card information by following the link in the email. The seller will never have to enter the card information.

If you wish to enter the card information yourself, we recommend using Virtual Terminal. This feature will allow the seller to enter the card information using their laptop or desktop computer. Once the transaction is complete the customer will receive a digital receipt.

I created an invoice for a customer who wrote back saying "I have a problem: my super secure laptop is not connecting to the internet as of this morning and it says it’s a hardware failure. Hopefully it’s fixable but for now I have no secure way of transferring money. That said, if you can run a card or take a check, I have the money and I’m ready to go. " How do I manually take the cc number

You should be able to capture the payment via the Virtual Terminal or via de Square Point of Sale application and choose "Manual Credit Card Entry" this will allow you to process the payment for your customer.
