How do I change the comma to a dot in the Square app?

How change comma to dot? Every price number in my square app, with comma(,), and some clients, when see 20,00 think, that they must pay 20000. How to change 20,00 to 20.00 ???

Hi @Yusolo400, welcome to the seller community and sorry to hear about the confusion.

Are you referring to keying in a custom amount with Square Register? If so, the app should automatically apply the appropriate commas and dots as you enter in the numerical value.

If this doesn't clear things up, please reply with a bit more information on where your customers are seeing this issue, or send an example to our Support Team. We'll get this sorted out as soon as possible. 🙂

Hey - I spotted this thread while trying to find an answer to this myself.

It turns out this is specific to the device being used and not related to the Square App. I have found that if you are using an iOS device, you can update your device settings from Settings > General > Language & Region > ensure region is United States.

For anyone else stuck with 0,00 rather than 0.00, this should help.
