Attributing Sales to Non-Commissioned Employees

My staff are not paid on commission, however, we have sales incentives that are currently totally team based (average customer sale, etc.). We are looking at making the average customer sale an individual vs. team bonus. Is there a way that we can attribute sales to the person that worked with the customer and closed the sale vs. whomever is running the POS?
