Transactions- how do i get customer last name to appear on Square Transaction Detail

How do i get the Transaction Detail to display the customer last name instead of initial letter of last name/

Sales/Transactions - click an individual transaction, and detail pops up. It shows First Name, Initial of Last Name. For our donation receipts, we;d like to see Last Name display here.

Is this an editable function? if so, where? If not, what do you suggest as work around?

Thanks for posting, @stmarkschurch.

You can see a customer’s full name on the bottom-left corner of their receipt, which is linked in each transaction summary. However, full names aren’t automatically available in the transaction details (or reports).

There isn't a setting to enable that, though you can edit and add your existing customers to include their full names from the Customer Directory. Steps to do so here: Manage Your Customer Directory Online. I know it's a little extra work, but hopefully that helps!
