Combine an item and modifier

Is there a way to use an item as a modifier at the same time? For example, I have a french fries that is a modifier as side item for burger combo. I also have french fries as a stand along item. How can I combine the two so that in my reports I have total fries sold? Thanks!

Hi there.

While you can't combine the two, you can create a stand alone "French Fries" item for individual sales and then correlate those sales with the number of modifier French Fries sold in your Modifier Sales Report.
