Unfortunately, I experienced the Square team does not know much about the POS.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>1st - I want to remove the feature located on the customers display offering "Check in for free rewards".&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This feature just popped up and cant find where to remove it.&nbsp; I have reset the system and updated on the desktop, ipad, pos and nothing.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>2nd- Want to remove the option for a customer to claim a reward AFTER the credit card has been processed. This should not be an option for the customer because it will stack the discount.
