Recurring appointment for entire group of customers

I own a dry cleaner. I am about to set up a dry cleaning valet service at a large office in my local area. For the customers I acquire from this company, I want to send them text reminders so they remember to bring their dry cleaning to work on the designated day. I can group my customers manually by creating a custom group. Can I then create a recurring appointment for that entire custom group, or do I have to create an appointment for each of my customers individually?

I hope I can help a little. At the moment you would have to send an appointment reminders individually. Perhaps you can use Square Text Messaging marketing...this way you can send out automatic texts to groups of people at one time.

That helps. I'd like to execute through Appointments, but text marketing can be a workaround.
