Does the mc3-Printer (Ethernet/USB) have an Ethernet port, or is just Wi-Fi?

The description states the Ethernet connection requires a Wi-Fi router. If it's a wired connection, why would the router need to have Wi-Fi? Here's the printer I'm referring to: https://squareup.com/shop/hardware/us/en/products/mc-print30-receipt-printer

@KC_Phil I think the reason that a wi-fi router is listed is the printer could be wired via ethernet to the router, but the point of sale generally is wi-fi connected. If the printer was connected directly (via usb) to a square stand, you still would have to have wi-fi for the point of sale to work (internet connectivity).

I think this is one of those cases where 99% of the population will have a simple wifi 4 port router and connect this. Where as someone like us who may have a switch and then a separate form of internet coming in or a combination of wi-fi, wired, usb devices, will connect this in a different set up.

The printer does have a multitude of connectivity options and is a big step forward for star as many other printers required you to by the right "type".

Thanks - that helped a lot. I ended up ordering the Star TSP143IIIW which looks to be WiFi only. It also appears to have one USB port that I can use for the card reader, that is blue-toothed to the I-pad.
