&lt;P&gt;I agree that it seems strange that you wouldn't receive the email report every time. The only thing I can think of is maybe the drawer&amp;nbsp;session wasn't properly closed out in the evening. You'll need to close it out and then start a new drawer session to trigger a new report.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there. I'm new to Square POS, but love it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a question about the "Morning Drawer Reports." Why is it that some mornings I receive the report after someone opens the drawer and sometimes I do not?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise,&lt;/P&gt;

There aren't any updates I'm aware of that would cause this on our side. If you haven't already, &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4993-contact-square-support" target="_blank"&gt;give us a call&lt;/A&gt; and a Support team member can take a look at what emails are being sent to your address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
