If so, that option cannot be removed from the reminder at this time.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>You can customize your appointment reminder messaging by heading over to your <STRONG><A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/client_relations" target="_blank">Settings</A></STRONG> tab &gt; <STRONG>Communications</STRONG>.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Hope this helps make things more clear.
