Creating Customer Card

I often have a customer come in and order something custom. I have been going under the items; (Cutom Orders), using a modifier with their name and thier balance after they leave. Then having to use a calculator to charge the 50% down with tax and putting that under custom order without a name to it.

I want to create quickly:

customers name

Product

Original price

Deposit

Balance.

So I can come back to it when the order is finished. I\

I was told the only way I can do this if I pay for invoices. Is that correct?

From what you're describing and what you need to quickly create, Square Invoices would definitely be the best option for you.

Square Invoices is a free service, so you can send them for free. The only thing you would pay is the transaction fee of 2.9% + 30¢.
