Is it possible to offer a limited number of certain items?

Can I limit the number of items available? Example: Only 3 spots left in workshop, buy here. Or do I just have to watch and catch it before too many people buy?

Hey @katb — welcome to the seller community! 🙌

Depending on how you've set up your workshops in your Item Library, I would suggest that you use the basic inventory management option.

This would allow you to put in the workshop capacity in the "In Stock" section and set an alert. For example, if you set an alert with a three-spot-left threshold, you'll receive a notification in the online dashboard and via email. In addition, if you're selling the workshops using the Online Store and using inventory tracking — once the last workshop is purchased, it will not be available online.
