HELP!!!!!

I need help, for some reason I am not able to delete some items from my Square website, I deleted all the items from my POS and from the list of items on the Website manager, but still showing on the website when I click on the item it shows out of stock but the items are not in my library. How can I delete them from my website?

Hello @CalMar !

If your Online item library (Dashboard -> Online -> Items -> Site Items) does not show the items you're trying to delete, then I think you're ok, believe it or not. 🙂

When you make a lot of changes to your website, many times your web browser won't stay caught up with those changes. It relies on a cached copy of the page instead of pulling the data from the server every time you refresh.

Try clearing the cache and force closing your browser of choice then try to look at your site again. Also try a browser or device that you haven't used to access your website before and see if those items are still visible.

If the items are still visible, can you please give us the address of your website and we can try to figure out what else is going on?

Thank you very much for your response, I check again still showing, my website is: www.vianneyonline.com is the item name: MARIPOSAS (it shows out of stock) and also de COBERTOR BABY SIBERIA (shows no picture)

Yup, I'm seeing the exact same thing on my side, with a bonus 404 page when you click on the items.

That's definitely not right.

@Barbara_Bany ideas as to what's going on here? This one's above my pay grade...

Otherwise @CalMar I recommend calling customer support so they can figure this out.
