Can I edit a modifier on a customer's order in the online store?

I have an online store with lots of products, but some of the customers are not choosing the correct modifier. Is there a way to edit their order with the correct modifier?

Hey @TSAHouston,

Welcome to the seller community and thanks for surfacing this. At this time, there isn't a way to modify an order after your customer has placed it. In this case, you would have to resolve it with your customer outside of the app, or have them place a new order.

I can certainly see how this option would be helpful for many businesses. Out of curiosity, can you share more information on what kinds of modifiers are being incorrectly chosen, or if you see any particular step that's causing confusion? I'd like to share more details with our Product Liaison team, who is constantly making improvements on our services based on seller feedback.
