      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/435254"&gt;@Warsbothe80&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can't get into specific financial info in the public forum, so for the best answer to this I recommend giving Customer Support a ring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have a couple of generic ideas that could be the culprit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Overcharge for a double sale. Maybe the systems recorded that 160 twice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Chargeback return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Payment for services (team management, customer directory, etc?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just guesses! Definitely give CS a ring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
