How can I find last years refunds?

Is there some way I can look up how many refunds I gave in 2016? Thanks!

Hello and great question!

If you're wanting the total amount that you've refunded for the year, you can view this in your Sales Summary report in your Square Dashboard.

This existing thread can walk you through downloading the Sales Summary:

Download your Sales Summary if you didn't receive a 1099-K

If you're looking to count up the total number of individual refunds you've given out, you'll need to download your transaction report from your Transactions Tab of your Square Dashboard for the year and use the "Event Type" column within the spreadsheet to view how many refunds instances occurred.
