    <description>&lt;P&gt;We use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Socket Mobile 7Ci scanner, and yes it works to add items that match your SKU field to a current sale, when the Square menu is one of your Point Of Sale menus. &amp;nbsp; If you are in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt; menu the scanner will look up an item by matching&amp;nbsp;the barcode and matching it to a SKU you have as an item in Square. I think you will find it works great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because I can not find a video or demo that shows this process, I need verification from either a square employee or someone who has used this equipment. If I use a supported IPad with the supported Socket Mobile 7Ci scanner, will scanning a barcode automatically add it to the current sale? Does it work the same for items and variants as well? (i understand all items/variants need a unique sku.)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have seen too many posts and videos that show scanners only searching the library and the user still having to select the product from the list. I would appreciate verification that this hardware works as stated above before I purchase it.&lt;/P&gt;
