Hi @ReneeE1! Here are the steps to reset your password online:

Go to squareup.com/password.
Enter the email address tied to your Square account > then click Send Instructions.
We'll send a message to that email address with the subject Reset your Square Password.
Open the email > click Reset Password.
Follow the steps to set a new password.
