Why can't we use a Gift Card & Promo code on the online store?

Why can't we use a Gift Card and Promo code on the same sale? To me, a gift card is a form of payment while a promo code is a discount.

Hey @prasanna108, welcome to the community and thanks for bringing this up.

I see what you mean — looking at the checkout screen, the ability to apply both a promo code and a gift card payment is not available. While I don't have a workaround for this, I will certainly share your feedback about gift cards being a form of payment to our Product Liaison team.
