Using Square appointments to book small event rooms

I am looking to use Square Appointments to book a handful of meeting rooms in my property. I would think that I could make each room a 'staff' member and the services be catering options or menus I offer. Does anyone have any experience using Square Appointments in this kind of setting?

Square Appointments doesn't currently support room booking when scheduling services, however the workaround that you've suggested seems like it can work for you.

Our Appointments Team is aware of this feature request, so we'll be sure to pass along your interest in seeing this built out as well.

Many sellers have asked about this, so hopefully your workaround ends up helping others too.
